It's a family affair at the returning Lotus team.
Canadian cousins Badboy and Hollywood are charged with bringing success back to this once-great marque. Badboy joins after three years with Williams and has not won since taking the honours at Monaco in 2008. He has finished fourth in the title race three times but now has his cousin Hollywood to worry about, who forged a mightily impressive debut season at Toyota in 2009, taking two victories along the way.

2010 Lotus Cosworth Line up
2010 Virgin Cosworth Line up
There's a new pairing on the grid for this fledgling new team.
2008 World Champion Atomic leaves Brawn after four years with the team (formerly Honda) that brought much success, to join forces with the lady in his life, Good Ol' JR at the new Virgin Racing team, based just down the road in their home town of Sheffield, England. As the most experienced player in the game, Atomic holds the all-time wins record, whilst JR is nearing the unenviable award of 'most rounds entered, never to win'...
2010 Ferrari Line up
Reigning Champions Ferrari remain a deadly force in 2010.
In 2009 Karan became the game's first ever two-time World Champion after an epic season-long battle with Wooze. Entering his third season with Ferrari he'll be seeking to continue his relentless commitment in a bid to defend his title and add to his tally of five victories.
Predictions original Revs takes on his ninth season and his eighth for the Scuderia. As the second most experienced and second most decorated player in the game's history, the aim for the 2002 Champion be to make it two-two against his Canadian team mate.

There's no place like home...
Some of you who have been with the game a good few years might remember that it was originally based on a sim racing community forum called High Gear.
Over the years, the site eventually lost out in the race against RaceSimCentral, much to the dismay of the core HG population. However, with RSC (yet again) collapsing under its own pomp, NEA has brought High Gear back to life, with backing from the site's original founder, Henk Ensing.
The site is growing daily and there are big plans in place to turn it once again into the sim racing community forum. Looking through my list of players I can see a few High Gear originals and it'd be great to turn back time and welcome you back into the HG fold. Please check it out.

Its almost time...
After four long months we can finally say the Bahrain Grand Prix weekend is just days away and its finally time to start sending in your first predictions of the season.
Most of us have been doing this a fair few years now, but in the interests of completion (or the forgetful), here's what you need to do.
Send an email to kohlstream13@hotmail.com with the following predictions for the Grand Prix, before the start of first practice:
Pole Position
Top Six Race Finishers
Fastest Lap
One DNF
The GPP teams line up will be revealed on Saturday. It looks like most of the grid has returned for another year and I'll make sure the remaining slots are filled in due course.
I wish everybody the very best of luck for the season ahead and I hope you all enjoy the race.
I can't wait.
